So, who created or assembled the food you put in your mouth today?

Could be the fry cooks in the back at McDonald’s or the prep chefs in the deli at Whole Foods; could be a Top Chef in a local restaurant; it could be your roommate, parent or spouse…

Or it could be you.

Just wondering.

And how does that decision get made…is it a question of time, money, cravings, convenience…?

Do you do three-meals-a-day?  You probably do if you have children.

What is the meal you never skip? Where do you eat it? What else are you doing while you eat?
